So one has an idea about a fund raising or fun event, tosses it around between friends and members of ones` organisation and “the thing” begins to be birthed, once started there`s no stopping the process. Then 2 or 3 or more heads get together to “chew the cud”, pool ideas and get generally excited about it.

Then comes the graft, the ebbing of the excitement, the questioning whether one has been a bit daft to volunteer to take on this delivery and whether it will become a real life entity.
